This initiative proposes the establishment of a Springfield Citizen Advisory Committee.
Its purpose is to strengthen financial transparency, improve public understanding of municipal finances, and provide independent community input before major financial decisions are made.
The Advisory Committee would act as a standing advisory committee to consider significant municipal matters referred
to it by Council.
Additional community knowledge, experience, and public perspective would be an asset in the decision-making process.
