Campaign Contribution Guidelines

To keep campaign contributions transparent and consistent with election requirements:

Contributions may be accepted from individuals normally resident in Manitoba.
Contributions cannot be accepted from corporations, businesses, unions, associations, organizations or other groups. Contributions must be made by an individual in their individual capacity.
The maximum contribution to a candidate for Mayor is $1,500 per individual. Anonymous contributions cannot be accepted.
Cash contributions are welcome in any amount up to $25 per individual, pending confirmation of the applicable municipal requirements with the RM of Springfield.
